Agreement
By placing an order with Ultimate 3D Prints you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your province. We may correct pricing errors and will always contact you before charging a different amount.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Custom work
Custom and personalised prints are quoted in writing before production begins. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of names, spellings and dimensions on the proof. Approved proofs cannot be changed once printing starts.
Intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to reproduce any file you send us. We do not print copyrighted or trademarked designs without documented permission, and we do not print functional firearm components.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Prints are supplied for their described purpose; we are not liable for consequential loss arising from misuse.
