30-day returns
Return any stock item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition. Start a return from your account or call 647-887-9940.
Custom and personalised items
Custom prints are final sale because they are made specifically for you. If a custom piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, we reprint it at no cost.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo to hello@ultimate3dprints.com within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is the result of our error.
Return shipping
You cover return postage on change-of-mind returns. If the fault is ours, we email you a prepaid label.
