A print shop that behaves like a manufacturer
Quality is a process, not a promise
Anyone can buy a printer. What separates a shelf piece from a shipped product is the boring part: calibration logs, material profiles, dimensional checks and the discipline to reprint something rather than ship it with a blemish.
We are a small team, which is exactly why the quality holds. The person who models a part is often the person who inspects it, and the phone number on this site reaches the studio floor — not a call centre.

Calibrated, not guessed
Every machine runs a documented profile per material. Flow, pressure advance and temperature are re-validated weekly against a test print, so batch nine looks like batch one.
Designed for the process
We model for how FDM actually behaves — overhangs under 45 degrees, walls that resolve at 0.4 mm, seams hidden on a corner. Nothing here is a downloaded file we resell.
Inspected by hand
Each print is checked for stringing, layer adhesion and dimensional drift before it is boxed. Anything that fails gets reprinted, not discounted.
Waste goes back in
Failed prints, supports and purge towers get ground and reused. Bring any Ultimate 3D Prints print back at end of life and we recycle it for free.
Custom work
Bring us the awkward job
A discontinued bracket. A prototype enclosure that has to survive a client meeting. A hundred branded keychains for a conference in three weeks. We quote it in writing, tell you honestly when a deadline is not realistic, and print it properly when it is.
