How long does shipping take?

Stock items print or ship within 1-3 business days. Standard Canada Post delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your province, and expedited is 1-3. You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - orders over $75 CAD ship free anywhere in Canada. The discount applies automatically at checkout, and the cart tells you how much more you need to add to qualify.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect from 6175 Highway 7. We email you as soon as your order is boxed, usually the same day for in-stock items. Pickup is always free.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We ship to the continental United States. Rates are calculated at checkout and duties are the recipient’s responsibility. For anywhere else, call 647-887-9940 and we will quote you directly.

What is your return policy?

Stock items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition for a full refund. Start a return from your account or call us - we send you a prepaid label if the fault is ours.

Can I return a custom print?

Accepted Answer

Custom and personalised prints are final sale, because they are made for you specifically. That said, if a custom piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, we reprint it at no cost.

My print arrived damaged. What now?

Send a photo to hello@ultimate3dprints.com within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged piece.

How do I order a custom print?

Add a Custom Print Service listing to your cart and attach your file, or email hello@ultimate3dprints.com with a sketch and dimensions. We confirm the final quote in writing before any machine starts - you are never charged a surprise.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ. If you do not have a model, send a photo or a dimensioned sketch and our team will produce the CAD for you. Modelling starts at $60/hour and is quoted up front.

Do you handle bulk or wholesale runs?

Which materials do you print in?

Accepted Answer

PLA+ for decorative pieces, PETG for anything that lives outdoors or gets handled hard, ABS and ASA for heat resistance, TPU for flexible parts, and nylon or carbon-filled filaments for engineering work. Resin is available for high-detail miniatures.

Are your prints food safe?

Our planters and trays are designed without crevices that trap bacteria, but FDM prints in general are not certified food-safe. For direct food contact we recommend a food-grade epoxy coating, which we can apply on request.

Are your prints recyclable?

PLA+ and PETG are both recyclable, and we take back any Ultimate 3D Prints print for free - drop it at the studio and we grind and reuse it. All our failed prints and supports go the same way.

What layer height do you print at?

Most of the catalogue is 0.16 to 0.20 mm, which balances surface finish against print time. Detail pieces drop to 0.12 mm and structural parts run at 0.24 mm. Each product page lists its exact setting.

Will I see layer lines?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and deliberately so - layer lines are part of how these pieces look. What you will not see is stringing, blobs or elephant foot. Every print is inspected by hand before it is boxed, and anything that does not pass gets reprinted.

In-stock items ship from the shelf, usually the next business day. Made-to-order and custom pieces enter the queue the day your proof is approved, and the product page shows the current lead time.

Can I rush an order?

Often, yes. Call 647-887-9940 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable. Rush service is a 30% surcharge and moves you to the front of the queue.
